30 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY
100% of the booking deposit fee paid to date, is refunded if the client cancels 30 calendar days before their check in date.
14 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY
50% of the booking deposit fee is refunded if the client cancels 14 days before their check in date.
SHORT BOOKINGS
NO REFUND if you cancel less that 14 days before check in date.
NOTE: No transfer of the dates - without penalty - is encouraged, without express prior agreement by the owners.
