Being less than a 5 minute drive from the airport makes this convenient place perfect for those who don't want to travel too far. This breezy five bedroom home is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a paved shortcut that leads directly to the main area of Crown Point where you can find many popular restaurants and bars in a short 5-10 minute walk.
With five en-suite bedrooms, this villa is perfect for groups of five that want their own space and bathroom, or groups of ten with two to a room. One bedroom is located on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom and a powder room also on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find four en-suite bedrooms, two of which have doors opening up to a lovely terrace with a view of the pool and garden area. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for group cooking, and the large outside grill is great for an evening BBQ. The living and dining area comes without air-conditioning but is not missed with the two sliding doors that welcomes a lovely breeze.
Relax at the beach or join one of the regular glass bottom boat tours out to the Buccoo Reef and Nylon pool or No Man’s Land that depart from these beaches.
Cypress Villa 194 is one of two identical homes on the same property but separated by hedges. Cypress Villa 193 is right next door so ideal for large groups that want to be close together but have their own space!

The host was super receptive and complacent. We were able to do the early check-in and the check-out late, which is weird. Both houses are identical, spacious, the swimming pool and the yard were divine. I organised a family reunion and everyone felt extremely comfortable. The kitchen space is huge with enough space for several cooks; we even use the grill. The speakers were easy to connect and very noisy. Ideal to set the atmosphere. The house is close to the airport and all the beautiful beaches are within walking distance. We even went to some bars that were very close. The accommodation could use some minor tweaks and modernization, but finally we had a great time and I and I am grateful to have found this location.

We had a fantastic stay at Cypress Villas. We rented both villas for a family getaway. The villas were exactly as described, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, near the airport, Pigeon Point, the bay of shops, grocery stores, restaurants and bars.
Gillian was an excellent host, receptive, kind and very complacent. He allowed us to get there sooner and leave later if necessary.
The space was comfortable, spacious and quiet, so it's the perfect getaway. The highlight was to have two pools to cool off after being away on very hot days.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
