Sea La Vista has been exquisitely renovated in 2022 to cater to our guests' luxurious vacation needs. Sea La Vista is truly one of a kind and is the only oceanfront villa unit that boasts a Master suite, a Guest Suite, and a Sky loft, complete with a transparent dome that offers guests magnificent views of the Caribbean night sky. The owners have installed over-sized a/cs in the villa to ensure that no matter how hot the tropical sun, you will always be cool in this fully a/c villa.
The Villa has a Master Suite with walk in closet and bathroom, a Guest Suite also has its own walk in closet and bathroom. In 2022, the owners created a new upper "Sky Loft" with the Sky Loft's Guests having their own "rain" shower bathroom downstairs, which was recently created just with them in mind by the owners.
VILLA RATES

TTD $2,600-$3,200 per night.
The rate varies according to the number of persons and the length of the visit.
Minimum stay of 3 nights required in non-holiday period; during holiday period, further restrictions may be applicable.

Hello, hello, hello.
I enjoy the week that my family spent at Gillian's home in August 2026. Our group included 6 family members and we were comfortable all together. The boys took upstairs, which worked out perfectly for them and the other family members were in the other rooms. I enjoyed the view of the beach and will miss going out to just be alone listening to the beach.
I do wish that there were screens on the bathroom windows. That was very strange for us and allowed for some small buys to come in, so we tried not to put on lights at nights do avoid the bugs being attracted to the light. Also, all odors from outside will come inside through the bathroom because it is an open space. Otherwise, we enjoyed the place and to avoid misplacing the keys, we simply left it in the lock box whenever we went out.
Great AC if you are into cold temperatures. Nice size pool. Assigned parking and ample visitors parking. Security available around the property. All in all, great place.

Gillian’s home was beautiful, peaceful, comfortable and accommodating for our group of five. The home provided the necessary essentials/toiletries needed for a pool side and ocean view. Very beautiful well appointed home. Definitely fit the vibe of the island and a tropical vacation. Clean with lots of linens and kitchen items. Accessible, lots of parking and very peaceful. Perfect for families with kids. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay with family. Cute beach house vibes. It's deep within Plantations so the drive in is a long one. The grounds are lovely and there is a view of the ocean, we spotted iguanas among the rocks which was nice to see. Note that the third room is a loft space with a skylight that has a shade, a lot of light comes in regardless so it better suited for the early risers in the group. The older kids liked the tucked away loft space with the interior window. There is some wear to the property that can be easily fixed but that is to be expected for beach homes near the ocean. Gillian was a great host and very accommodating, we will stay here again.

Beautiful villa with views of the ocean and pool to supplement your Tobago beach experience. Perfect for my group of 8 family members. Everyone slept comfortably and the fully equipped kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The environment is very tranquil and facilitated great relaxation. Gillian was very proactive in her communication and accommodating to us. Will definitely recommend to others.
