ABOUT THIS PROPERTY
Sea La Vista has been exquisitely renovated in 2022 to cater for our guests luxurious vacation needs. Sea La Vista is truly one of a kind and is the only ocean front villa unit that boasts of a Master suite, a Guest Suite and a Sky loft complete with a transparent dome to allow the guests magnificent views of the Caribbean's night sky. The owners have installed over-sized a/cs in the villa to ensure that no matter how hot the tropical sun, you will always be cool in this fully a/c villa.
The Villa has a Master Suite with walk in closet and bathroom, a Guest Suite also has its own walk in closet and bathroom. In 2022 the owners created a new upper "Sky Loft" with the Sky loft's Guests having their own "rain" shower bathroom downstairs, that was recently created just with them in mind by the owners.

TTD $2,600-$3,000 per night.
Rate varies according to the number of persons and length of visit.
Minimum stay of 3 nights required in non-holiday period; during holiday period further restrictions may be applicable.

Sea La Vie is a beautiful well appointed villa , that is very well kept and maintained. Spotless and extremely clean. Beautiful decor and the serenity of being right by the ocean is priceless. You have a million dollar view to wake up to every morning.
The villa was fully equipped. You did not need to purchase anything extra. It had so many living amenities provided …..that last the entire trip and really the only thing you had to walk with is your own toothbrush and toothpaste:-).
You open the fridge and you are greeted with an ample supply of bottled water. The host provided unopened coffee and tea,milk, dove soap in the bathroom…. good quality items that you would actually use in your own home.
It even had a high quality blue tooth speaker to listen to your music.
You would not believe how these little added touches made a difference and allowed you to make the villa your ‘home’ very quickly so you can focus on enjoying your stay. Gillian was very responsive.

We had a great stay at Sea la Vie. The villa is very private, has lots of space around it and the kids loved the pool. The kitchen is really well equipped and the beds are really comfy. We also liked that there are lots of restaurants only a short drive away. We would highly recommend this place!

Had a couples retreat for 4 in this beautiful sea villa and it was a dream. Having my morning cup of coffee while watching the sun rise was just unbelievable. We BBQd a few nights by the pool and it was wonderful. I absolutely would stay at this property again. It’s a dream!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic villa, renovations are well done to international standards (unfortunate to say but it is hard to find good quality labour in T&T & many places will fall short).
My very fussy husband thought it was a lovely place and couldn’t find ANY fault! I was so pleased!
Beds & sofas were so comfortable I didn’t want to leave the house and the artwork is beautiful. I would recommend getting a car because a return taxi is about 75% of the cost of a days rental and it just gives you freedom to move around the island without having to try and call someone all the time

We really enjoyed our rental facing the sea but no beach or swimming possible. However, the rental is definitely worth it: cleanliness, decoration and equipment. We can say that we saw life in blue for 10 days. 😂 small downside: the price is somewhat high but in Tobago nothing gives. Very good communication with Gillian and responsive.

My family and I wanted a relaxing, peaceful, beachfront Christmas in Tobago and we got that and so much more at Sea La Vie! The uninterrupted ocean view was spectacular but the house itself is also well maintained and beautifully appointed and outfitted with everything visitors could possibly need. The kitchen was even equipped with all the appliances and dishes we needed to prepare a massive Christmas spread! To say we enjoyed our stay is an understatement...the location is perfect, the house itself is perfect, and Gillian was a very responsive and accommodating host from the moment we made the reservation right up through check-out. We were so blessed to stay at 2 of Gillian’s listings in one trip! We were warmly welcomed to Licorish by Cheryl. Our family of 5 including a 1 year old felt safe and comfortable during our stay. The home is well equipped with all that a family might need during a vacation. The porch is definitely the best feature of this home! (But it isn’t the only great thing!) The view is enchanting, the pool is perfect especially with the built in bench for little ones) and the steps that lead down to the sea is a wonderful addition. The rooms are very comfortable. We actually never used one of the bedrooms but each bedroom having its own bathroom is a definite plus! Like guests before have mentioned, there isn’t an AC in the living area. Once you close up the villa before dusk the mosquitoes don’t affect you. I think an AC would be a wonderful addition. The beds could use a couple extra blankets for the nights:) We will definitely, definitely book more of Gillian’s listings! Thank you

This was by far the most enjoyable vacation spot I've experienced in Tobago. Gillian was accommodating and helpful.
