Luciana is a tranquil villa situated on the southwestern side of the island, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Mt. Irvine Bay Resort's 18-hole Golf Course, with Buccoo Reef visible in the distance. It is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac; a 4-minute walk to the pro shop, then 2 minutes down to Grange Beach (aka "The Wall"), on to the hotel side of Mt. Irvine. All this, just a stroll away.
A spacious and very scenic property consisting of four air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms in the main house. With the option of access to a fifth bedroom, now that this property's annex has been air-conditioned and comes furnished with a queen-size bed, its own bathroom, not to mention the convenience of a second refrigerator, along with a generously sized SS grill thrown in, making extended hours of poolside relaxation possible.
A thoughtfully landscaped garden surrounds the villa with a variety of horticultural flowering plants, orchids, and fruit trees. The neighboring natural forest and riverbed provide a protected ecosystem for many of Tobago’s indigenous birds, making the location ideal for bird watchers. Or anyone able to slow down, catch up with the sun before it's gone in a green flash, too easily missed when ‘going’ is more life's order.

The villa is absolutely beautiful. We really recommend it. It's well appointed and there are plenty of utensils, crockery, etc. Lots of space. The view from the Veranda is just amazing and made more so when the sun sets. If you're planning on a bird watching trip, perhaps consider just sitting by the swimming pool or lazing on the veranda....we saw so many just chilling at the villa...my favourite was the Mot Mot.
Everyone was so helpful. Gillian is always available. We can't wait for our next trip!!

My friends and I stayed for a wedding week and had a wonderful time. Gillian was responsive and gracious around coordinating all of our logistics as we had events happening each day. She also provided an early-check after we had overnight flights arrive early, which was deeply appreciated! Mr Williams, the driver, and Dean, the property manager and chef, were absolutely welcoming, professional, and friendly - they added to the smoothness of our trip. As for the villa, it was great - it’s very spacious and we felt very safe (there is a security gate and it’s at the end of a quiet street). Amazing view, great pool, great to access to a dryer, and full kitchen. For the price, it doesn’t even any better. The 2 things to note i: 1. there is no AC in the main area (the AC is in the bedrooms), so it was quite warm during the heatwave when we were there, and 2. there isn’t a lot hot water for the shower, but this is a preference of mine and manageable! Overall, I would highly recommend!

There is not much to say except this was probably the perfect Airbnb. It was clean, beautiful, safe, and everyone had a wonderful time while we were there. The house is spectacular, the garden is gorgeous, the swimming pool is refreshing and just the right size. The pool house outside was also amazing and greatly appreciated. This is the perfect spot for anyone looking to have a wonderful, relaxing vacation away from it all.

The home is in a somewhat secluded location. Ideal location if you want to be close to the main beaches, but away from commotion.

Superb villa, in a great location. No complaints and would definitely stay there again. Its equiped with everything you need and the staff were great. Got two nice beaches within 10min walk, one quiet with pristine sands, the other with beach facilities and a nice bar that does food with a good atmosphere. This beach also has great snorkelling as well.

Great location great host, amazing view! BBQ grill is gas and it’s awesome to cook on. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice. Gillian was great. She greeted us and showed us around the villa before leaving us with keys and we even had a bowl full of mangos ready to be eaten. It was a great experience staying in this villa and I would definitely recommend it. Next time I am in Tobago this will be my first choice!

Goodness. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is an absolutely beautiful place! Private, amazing view of the sea, great temperature pool AND hot tub, excellent AC and plenty of sleep/hangout spaces to accommodate many. We all loved our stay at Luciana and hope to come back. It was so very relaxing, and that view of the sea is unforgettable. I would definitely recommend utilizing the chef, Dean, for one of your evenings at the house. The food made was delicious.
